FREEDOM IN A CAGE

We work, we live and we squander
Never to wander, each year it gets harder
To find food and water, as we become martyrs,
They just get stronger, in this artificial world

Is this a prison or a home?
Can we survive outside the Dome?
If we go into the unknown,
Can we make it on our own?

Can you find a reason we should try
When you work your whole life till you die?
Is it worth the fading of your light
For your freedom in a cage?
When you take the leap and face your fears
It suddenly becomes so clear
You trade a life of hollow years
For safe passage to your grave

In this place, we mourn for the living
Slaves to the system, to keep the wheel spinning
Is it better to die slow, or seek a new beginning
Will God be forgiving outside this artificial world?

For all the wicked in our ways
Is this the price we have to pay?
We might die outside, but we’re dead if we stay
Is it time to disobey?

Can you find a reason we should try
When you work your whole life till you die?
Is it worth the fading of your light
For your freedom in a cage?
When you take the leap and face your fears
It suddenly becomes so clear
You trade a life of hollow years
For safe passage to your grave

The bombs and radiation
Have made us prisoners, of our own creation
All our aspirations, and all our inventions,
Caused our extinction outside this artificial world

For all the wars that we have won
Is this what Earth has now become?
If we could change, put down our guns,
Can we fix what we have done?

Can you find a reason we should try
When you work your whole life till you die
Is it worth the fading of your light
For your freedom in a cage
When you take the leap and face your fears
It suddenly becomes so clear
You trade a life of hollow years
For safe passage to your grave

If you never feel a drop of rain
If you never cry because of pain
Your life will always stay the same
As you watch the years go by.
When you find yourself close to the end
Wondering what could have been
Wishing you could try again
But now you’re out of time.

When You’re Alive

We live in a world of infinite change,
so billions of people live billions of ways.
But nobody minds as the whole world decays,
Perhaps the world is perfect and it’s me that has to change.

Do you know who your friends really are?
Do you like the way your life is so far?
Are you afraid to fly because you might fall?
Will you stop the day you have it all?

We live in a world that goes by what it knows,
so billions of people are each trying to grow.
And even though each person thinks on their own,
Why do we end up doing exactly what we’re shown?

Are you working too hard to get by?
Do you feel like you’re living someone else’s lie?
Are you getting all the things that you need?
Do you think that you’ll ever succeed?

Whoa

Whoa

Whoa

Do you remember your very first kiss?
Do you ever wonder why you exist?
Are you living inside of your dreams?
Is there more to this life than it seems?
Do you feel there’s something you need to do?
Are you waiting for it to happen to you?
Do you know where you go when you die?
Do you know what to do when you’re alive?

When you’re alive.

When you’re alive.

Smoke and Mirrors

The more you get, The more you need, The more you climb.
But all the pieces, Of the Earth, Can’t buy you peace of mind.
Spend your time, Spend your life, To buy up all your stuff.
But even when, You have it all, It still won’t be enough.

But you want it all, An island and a boat,
A castle with a moat, A million dollar car.
Your face on a wall, Flying in your plane,
Everybody knows your name, Brighter than a star.

Every day, Every night,Its always go go go.
No time to rest, No time to live, No time to take it slow.
You build a tower, To the moon, Then you’ll be complete.
You fly so high, You never saw, The Earth beneath your feet.

But you want it all, An island and a boat,
A castle with a moat, A million dollar car.
Your face on a wall, Flying in your plane,
Everybody knows your name, Brighter than a star.

Scrolling, On your cell phone,
Posting content, To be followed!
Experts, Smoke and mirrors,
Too much bullshit, To be swallowed.
Trying, To be special, To be envied, By the masses.
But out there, In the real world, All you covet, Turns to ashes!

But you want it all, An island and a boat,
A castle with a moat, A million dollar car.
Your face on a wall, Flying in your plane,
Everybody knows your name, Brighter than a star.
And Even though you have it all, You still want more

Virian’s Wrath

Back then, before the world slipped,
I knew nothing of pain nor the lash of the whip.

We all, lived off the land; we were happy and free, till the soil dried up into sand.
We all found a way to get by; till we saw that no rain was falling from the sky.
Soon, the vandals came - they would prey on the weak
And they’d steal everything they could claim.

Faced, without a choice, we could live in the Dome but we’d give up our voice.
We chose, to stay and fight, but the ACF came and they took my Mother in the night

What am I, now that my family is dead?
Everything I thought I had is empty instead!
How can I find a way to live on?
When everyone I ever loved is suddenly gone?
They will not have died in vain!

I’m coming for you

Stuck, there in the States, there was so deep a void that nothing could replace.
We fled, across the sea - looking for, a new life, better for my father and for me.
Lost, out on a limb - Malokai took us in, as long as we served him.
Forced, to be a grunt - we were sent to the mines, with my father commanding the front.
Life, almost was good - my father and I lived the best that we could.
But Cyrus, he found us then - and he took, all I had, when he murdered my family again!

Von Angelson, I stand here at the edge!
There’s nothing more I want to do than take my revenge.
I’m coming for you, nowhere is safe.
You will pay for what you’ve done, and you will take their place.

Soon you will all feel my pain!

I’m coming for you.

Towers Of Babylon

He awakens inside of a dream
Thousands of lifetimes that he had foreseen
He knew that the mushroom was changing his mind
So he had to return from the world beyond time.

A new world appeared as he rose from his knees.
It seems that the world was now filled with machines.
Towers of Babylon covered the ground.
The natural world was nowhere to be found.
And that’s when he saw… The bombs…

He couldn’t stop the bombs…

The mushroom clouds filled up the night,
The world began its final fight.
And as they fought for more power and wealth,
He saw civilization destroying itself.

And they watched as the world was covered in nuclear clouds.
And they screamed, but there was nothing that they could do now.
So they cried, because they still could not comprehend how,
And they breathe, breathe in the last clean air that’s still around.
And they run into the unknown… to start their new lives in the domes…

Days That We Had

Do you remember the days that we had?
Before the atmosphere was filled with gas.
We’d hike the mountains and go for a run.
And spend an entire day under the sun.
Before they came with their guns.

Ah-ah But they stole that away from us,
Ah-ah They kidnapped our innocence,
Ah-ah Now look at what’s left of us,
Living our lives in the Dome.

We had our hopes, we had our dreams
And now we don’t even know what that means.
We had the freedom to choose and to change.
We had the sunshine, the wind and the rain,
But now all we have is pain.

Ah-ah But they stole that away from us,
Ah-ah They kidnapped our innocence,
Ah-ah Now look at what’s left of us,
Living our lives in the Dome.

What has become of our lives?
Nuclear waste fills the skies
And only the rich can survive.
Living in cities like slaves
Dying inside of our graves,
God will we ever be saved?

What do you think the future will hold?
I thought we get wiser as we grow old.
We used to be human, now we’re bought and sold.
But how much longer can we do what we’re told?

Into The Great Beyond

This life we live, does it have a meaning?
Is it fate or is it chance?
Where will I go, now that I am leaving?
Who will finish all my plans?
And what am I? My sense of self?
Everything here and now will fade away
And become something else.

And when I die, will I be forgotten?
Everything I’ve done erased in time?
Will I exist, wherever I am going?
As a thought inside your mind?
My body dies, My soul escapes.
Into the great beyond, I let go And merge into space.

And all I’ve done, it fills my mind, All those I loved, I leave behind.
Now all my mistakes, have taken their toll, and they haunt my soul,
To those I betrayed, to those that I lied, I need more time…
To right all my wrongs, to end all this war, to go back to before.
When I was young, when I had a home, outside the dome.
The sun on my face, the wind in my hair, and she was right there.
The days that we played, Where I should have stayed,
Before this crusade, But now it’s too late, and I go alone, into the unknown.

And when I die, will I be forgotten?
Everything I’ve done erased in time?
Will I exist, wherever I am going? As a thought inside your mind?
My body dies. My soul escapes.
Into the great beyond, I let go, And merge into space

THE SHADOW

You’re only a human,
Your time has come to an end.
You’ve damaged this planet
More than you ever can comprehend.
And now that you ruined your home
You are confined to the walls of your domes,
With me on the throne!

You’re only a human, now it is time to be judged.
We are the future and now this planet belongs to us.
So you better get down on your knees
And pray to the Great Mother to set you free.
Cause it won’t be me!

Rotting inside of your palace of greed,
You had to take so much more than you need.
Look what you’ve done, now there’s no more to bleed
From the world.
Just how much more did you think it would take
Before the planet would finally break?
Now we’ve evolved and you’re left in the wake…
You deserve.
And Now it’s our turn!

You’re only a human, living your life as you please.
But you’re like a cancer, All that you do is spread your disease.
We are the cure and I am the one
All of you had your time but now your time is done.
And ours has begun!

Now its my turn!

You’re only a human, living your life as you please.
But you’re like a cancer, All that you do is spread your disease.
We are the cure and I am the one
All of you had your time but now your time is done.
And ours has begun!

Last Day Of Your Life

You never know
Where your life is headed.
Enjoy it while you get it
When you look back, on your deathbed
live your life and don’t regret it.
Just stay open minded.
If you’re lost, you’ll find it,
In the end, you’ll see it’s true,
Who you are is what you do!

You never know
Where your life is headed.
Enjoy it while you get it
When you look back, on your deathbed
live your life and don’t regret it.
Just stay open minded.
If you’re lost, you’ll find it,
In the end, you’ll see it’s true,
Who you are is what you do!

What if today was the last day of your life?
Would you pray? Or give in to the light?
I can’t stay this way, another sleepless night!
I won’t be afraid - I won’t die without a fight.
Without a fight!

You never know
Where your life is headed.
Enjoy it while you get it
When you look back, on your deathbed
live your life and don’t regret it.
Just stay open minded.
If you’re lost, you’ll find it,
In the end, you’ll see it’s true,
Who you are is what you do!

You never know
Where your life is headed.
Enjoy it while you get it
When you look back, on your deathbed
live your life and don’t regret it.
Just stay open minded.
If you’re lost, you’ll find it,
In the end, you’ll see it’s true,
Who you are is what you do!

What if today was the last day of your life?
Would you pray? Or give in to the light?
I can’t stay this way, another sleepless night!
I won’t be afraid - I won’t die without a fight.
Without a fight!

Alone

I’m sitting at home, alone
Wishing for love to come
Wondering if it
Came when I was at home, wishing I wasn’t…

Alone

Alone tonight
Oh how I wish there was someone
That I could be sitting at home with when I am

Alone

Alone tonight
Oh how I wish there was someone
That I could be sitting at home with when I am Alone.

I look at the stars and sky
Thankful I’m alive
But I can’t help wonder
Why I’m here by myself, wishing I wasn’t

Alone

Alone tonight
Oh how I wish there was someone
That I could be sitting at home with when I am

Alone

Alone tonight
Oh how I wish there was someone
That I could be sitting at home with when I am Alone.

ADAPT OR DIE

When you're a human you think that this planet belongs to you.
You push a button and anything you want just comes to you.
But here's the truth...

What you don't realize is all your technology separates you from the animal you are inside. You're so dependent on all of your gadgets, if you lost connection you would not know how to survive.

Have you forgotten the natural world that you build upon?
Where you belong.
You take every resource you find until everything's bare and gone.
But you don't think it's wrong.

You don't understand there's a balance - if you keep on taking, eventually there will be nothing at all.
And on that day, you will find that the empire you built will suddenly crumble before you and fall.

But you can follow me, And I will show you the way.
I'll cure your insanity, I'll show you how you can live, another way.
Turn off your phone, Unplug and open your mind.
If you want to fix this world, You have to cut the cord, And leave civilization behind.

Adapt Or Die,  That is the law of the land.
If you want to survive, You must look deep inside, Where you began.
Adapt Or Die, Technology has made you weak.
Out here we use our minds, Soon you will hear the Earth, When she speaks.

Adapt Or Die, Out here you are on your own.
If you don't respect this world, then The beasts will feast, Upon your bones.
Adapt Or Die, Only the strong will survive
If you don't change your ways , Then we will see how long, You stay alive.

A Walker and a Human Girl

This time I can't be here with you
I've got to go away and end the war
so we can be free

But I can't do this on my own
I need to know you'll wait for me
So when I come back for you
We can be a family
I promise I'll make us a home
No matter what they say

And here we are - a Walker and a Human girl
But the world wants to keep us apart
But I  love you more than I love the world
So you and I will find a way
Like you found your way into my heart
And
That's
Where
You
Will always stay

They will never keep me away!
I'll fight until there's no one left!
I don't care what the world's gonna say
I'll love you till my final breath
No matter what they try to do
Even if it means my death
I'll always be in love with you

Where do we go from here
you and me
we're out of time
Cast out by society
Should we leave them all behind?

Will
You run away
For me
So we
Can be
Together
Finally

While I go and fight
To protect all this life
And at night when you look
At the stars
Know that there is nothing that can keep us apart!

They will never keep me away!
I'll fight until there's no one left!
I don't care what the world's gonna say
I'll love you till my final breath
No matter what they try to do
Even if it means my death
I'll always be in love with you

Skye’s Melody

There’s got to be a better way
A better way to live than this
Than living like I’m forced to be.
What about the dreams I have?
What about the life I want?
What about the world I see?

Is this my fate?
I want to have a purpose
Is it too late?
I want to walk the surface

I want to break through all the walls and run beyond the hills
and live the life I want outside the dome.
I want to roam the Earth just like the wolves
before the radiation slowly turns me into stone.

There’s got to be a better way
A better way to live than this
Than living like I’m forced to be.
What about the dreams I have?
What about the life I want?
What about the world I see?

Is this my fate?
Life should be an adventure.
Is it too late?
I refuse to surrender!

I want to fly above the clouds and breathe the air
and feel the warmth of the sun upon my skin.
I want to live the life I dream about
until I figure out the person that I am within.

There’s got to be a better way
A better way to live than this
Than living like I’m forced to be.
What about the dreams I have?
What about the life I want?
What about the world I see?

The Battle For The Future Of Earth
(part 2)

Your time has come and I’m the one that’s not afraid to stop you
I won’t allow humans to bow to you or any tyrant waging war.

The Earth was fine before your kind, it’s better off without you.
And yet you fight, because at night you know that they don’t need you anymore

And what will be the end of this? When the battlefield is soaked in blood
In the stories that we tell our kids? When we are judged?
How can I look them in the eye? When they ask me how much life is worth?
Why so many people had to die, To save the Earth?

And I wonder when everything’s over and done
Will we look in the mirror and hate what we’ve become? Will we be any better than you?

And in the night, when I’m listening closely to the stars,
I hear the cries of a world that is crumbling apart.
I see the humans in the Domes, and all the blood that you have spilled.
And I have watched as you destroyed the world that I love.....and I will no longer be still.

You block out all the sun
Then you turn on all your lights. You take all you see, until there is none,
But what gives you the right?
Men like you, gather more than you need
You think that you can have it all.
You build your palace, consumed by your greed
Till one day, The Great Mother will tear down your walls.

You say that your way is better than mine
But how many of you have fallen behind?
It’s such a shame, they could still be alive, in my home.
You say technology makes you a slave
But you hunt with weapons and kill with your blade,
What is the difference inside of your cave or my Dome?
Now you reap what you’ve sown!

Look at what all of your bombs have destroyed
Look at all I’ve accomplished, all of the lives I have saved!

You dig and you burn, turning life into coins.
All you see is destruction, look at the new world I’ve made.
Yet you stand there and look down on me -
You’re not a God, just a boy full of lies -
But you put all your faith in a God that you can’t see -
Open your eyes -
In the wild, you’re all at their mercy, but in my world, we all survive
And I’ll never go back to the world in which my father died!

Bittersweet

Does it matter how you made a difference in the end?
Even though you now have what you wanted, was it worth your friends?
As we bury the soldiers whose lives we won't forget
I can only beg their forgiveness for the emptiness that's left

Everything we hoped and dreamed would happen is right now
Now that their army stands there defeated can we live with how?
All the blood stains our fingers and it never washes clean
But we can honor their sacrifices when we make the world we dream

Now as we walk on the surface - and we breathe
Look at the beauty behind it and find the bittersweet
There are some things in this life that we cannot repair
But when you walk through that place you're afraid of you will find me there
Can we build a heaven from the ashes of this hell?
Now that we have the Earth to take care of will we treat her well?

Now as we walk through the ruins of this world that is no more
How will we make this world beautiful like it was before the wars
Now as we walk on the surface - and we breathe
Look at the beauty behind it and find the bittersweet (whoa-oh)

We Rise

We rise, We fall
And become one with it all.
In time, We form
And from the all we are born

When we finally find our peace of mind
All our karma will dissolve.
We can leave our past and future behind
And in time we’ll all evolve.

All of the things we’ve done
All that we are
One day we’ll take our place
Amongst the stars

Across the universe
Passing through time
Throughout the void of space
In the divine
